As a part of History Month, we’ll be talking about the life of the real “Saint Nicholas” (aka “St. Nick,” an actual early church leader, in case you didn’t know), which will contain information about the “truth” about the modern Santa Claus. If you’re not yet wanting your kids to hear that truth, please ensure they are in kids church or not in the sanctuary at that time (we’ll be muting the lobby and nursery speakers).

We’ll also be giving helpful tips on how to thoughtfully approach this topic with your kids.

Also, a reminder that the deadline to bring in items for Island Crisis Care Society is one week away. You can drop them off at the church on Sunday or during office hours.

Hey, Oceanside Young Adults! (18-29ish) We're going to be gathering for a Christmas get-together on December 11th in the multi-purpose room. Come, socialize, and connect with some other Oceanside Young Adults.

One week away! Come and join us for a special evening of carols while enjoying some delicious cookies and spending time in fellowship with others. There will also be a craft sale fundraiser at this event! All are welcome, and bring a friend.

One of our Life Groups has created a limited number of beautiful Christmas swags! Available for a suggested donation of $25-$30, with the proceeds going towards the mission and work of Oceanside Community Church. Reach out to us if you're interested and we'll tell you how you can pick one up!
