This series takes us from the launch of Jesus' public ministry in Luke 4:14 through the sending out of the disciples in Luke 9:1-6, focusing especially on stories of healing.
This portion of the gospel of Luke will guide us through the transition of Jesus saying "The Spirit of the Lord is Upon Me" (4:18) to "The Spirit of the Lord is Upon You" as he calls us to follow him and do what he does (9:1-6).
